ICAN MARTIAL ARTS WEEKEND

Some Martial Arts experts who have attended past camps:

NEIL ADAMS M. B. E.: 3 TIMES WORLD JUDO CHAMPION, double Olympic Silver Medalist, 7 times European Champion and 19 times British Champion. 7th Dan.

GWYNNE JONES: AIKIDO 7th Dan 38 years experience.

DANNY DA COSTA: Former British Judo Champion and European medalist 4th Dan and 2nd Dan Aikido.

STEIN VAALER: Tai Chi 15 years experience and 25 years Judo 2nd Dan.

ADAM BARKER: Capoeira (Brazilian dancing Martial Arts) 15 years teaching experience.

PAUL MITTON: 3rd Dan, Aikido and Judo. Children's basics for all martial arts.

JULIE JENKINS: 3rd Dan Judo, will be taking the children's Judo.

KAREN OUSEY: Current female World Thai Kich-Boxing Champion and British Kick-Boxing Champion.

HOWARD HUGHES: Double British Thai Kick-Boxing Champion.

ROLAND NEWSON: World Silver medal Judo Masters Championship.

CHINESE MARTIAL ARTS represented by JOHN BOLWELL, 25 years experience.

Last year the teachers donated some of the money generated to ICAN for which we thank them sincerely.

Special thanks to Megan Brebner 4th Dan Aikido and Danny Da Costa. Danny's even temperament mixed with his devastating skill are to be admired and his general attitude of calmness in all circumstances is an example which is admirable in any martial art and it is requested that such an attitude be adopted by all at this family camp please.
